Popular Nigerian actress Tonto Dikeh has been exposed for accepting a fake UN award.
The actress in a post shared on Facebook said she had been awarded by an affiliate of the United Nations.
“I was just honoured as the United Nations Nobel International Ambassador for the United Nation Rescue Services,” she posted on her Facebook page.
However, the actress was exposed to have fallen for a fraudulent Award scheme by Ghanaian Ben Dotsei Malor who has ties with the United Nations.
Her award comes a year after some Ghanaian celebrities and leaders were awarded by the famous Dr. UN in Kumasi.
The likes of Berla Mundi, Sarkodie, Johnnie Hughes, Alban Sumana Bagbin among others were given these awards.
